Chironix is proud to have participated with AROSE (Australian Remote Operations for Space and Earth) at the recently concluded Resource Technology Showcase at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Center. The event which is supported by Seven West Media had great success in highlighting and educating the future of Western Australia in the fields of applied robotics, autonomous systems and human-robot teaming.
Chironix displayed two of its robotic platforms, namely Spot from Boston Dynamics and Bunker from Agile X. The quadruped robot Spot which coincidentally had a brand-new livery design was the highlight of the show with its dancing routine and agility which allow unprecedented mobility unlike any other robotic platforms ever built. Spot even managed to meet with a few key important people, namely, the Honorable Mark McGowan Premier of Western Australia and the Honorable Minister of Defence Industries, Melissa Price.
This year, Chironix joined AROSE at RTS 2021 with Global Drone Solutions, ICRAR (International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research), Nexxis Fugro, Space Science and Technology Centre at Curtin University and supported by Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
Robots for Humans. Improving safety and efficiency, especially in Hazardous areas, Gauge reading, Leak detection, Noise anomaly detection, Thermal inspection, Gas detection, and Remote inspection.
